Here's Our Story ...

Honda has been in Medicine Hat since 1978.  During the last 31 years many things have changed and many have stayed the same.  Let's take a look at some of each.

What has changed?  In the early days, when the Detroit Three were known as the Big Three and Honda was just emerging as a respected manufacturer, we only had 4 staff taking care of all the functions of the dealership.  Today we employ almost 30 hatters.  In the early days of the store during peak periods the dealership would only have 12 new Honda cars in inventory ... today, we have over 200 new and used Honda vehicles in peak months.  Back in the day, carrying $40,000 in Honda inventory would have been tons ... today we consistently carry over 2 million dollars in new and used Honda vehicles.  We have upgraded the facility in the city three times to meet Honda Canada's imaging plan.  In the beginning we operated out of a small airplane hanger on Dunmore Rd, and couldn't fit even a single Honda vehicle in the "showroom".  Today, we have a fully imaged Honda facility and a showroom large enough to fit half a dozen Honda cars and trucks.  As you can see a lot has changed and all for the positive.

So what has stayed the same?  Simple ... Honda and its dealers have always believed in high quality engineering and top quality customer service.  Your Honda franchise has always been above the fold in regards to taking care of its clients.  In fact we have won Honda's Total Quality Dealer award, (its highest honor) more than any other Honda dealer in Southern Alberta.  Additionally, we have donated and supported Medicine Hat charities and local organizations at the highest level over the years.  You would be hard pressed to find a charity or organization within the Medicine Hat city limits that has not, at one point or another, been touched by Honda.
