Scary "Terrance"

We were looking for a vehicle since October. We visited Honda dealership multiple times and met Yuvi there every single time. Yuvi was very patient, courteous and easy to deal with. He kept following up with us. Finally, we made the decision and bought the vehicle in February. Yuvi made it easy to go through the entire process and addressed any of our concerns we had. We also asked a lot of questions to Keith and he was pleasant to deal with as well. I am hoping my experience with service and maintenance department would be as good in coming months :)

Drove into the lot to tire kick, and was met by Yuvi. As we talked and I told him what I was looking for and needed for our lifestyle, he picked the perfect CRV for us. He was so informative during the test drive that I felt comfortable in the car within minutes (I am not used to bells and whistles). He answered all our questions with patience and kindness, and if he didn't know the answer to a question, he would go and find out the answer for us. Within the week, I was able to take my CRV home! Being from out of town, the only issue I had was Sun Valley doesn't take wire transfers from any bank, so this proved to be a bit of a hassle for me. But overall, Yuvi and the rest of the staff were amazing to deal with! Highly recommend. Also loved that the prices listed on the ads were with all fees included. Just needed to add the tax on top so no surprises when it came time to buy.
